Capoeira Cubs Class (2.5-5 yrs old)

Class Price: $10, on a drop-in basis.
Capoeira Cubs is an introduction to the art of Capoeira. Structured activities include learning basic movements, introductory tumbling with mats, and practicing rhythm using the music of capoeira. We will also use basic Portuguese vocabulary and incorporate games to keep it fun and interesting. Emphasis is on safe movement, practicing listening skills, and developing rhythm. Parent involvement is strongly encouraged though not strictly required.
The class is led by Instrutor Cebolinha. He has 14 years of personal Capoeira experience, previously taught Capoeira for San Francisco Parks and Recreation, and has three years of parenting experience of his own.
Our cubs will gain self-confidence, have a great time, and be tired out and hungry in time for dinner!
